T2-69, ARRANGEMENT FOR CHECKING DAMAGE TO CONDUCTORS is designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC 60884-1, § 12.3.10 and Fig. 11, IEC 60669-1 fig. 10
T2-69 ARRANGEMENT FOR CHECKING DAMAGE TO CONDUCTORS is intended for testing terminals with screw clamping for damage to and accidental loosening of conductors.
ARRANGEMENT FOR CHECKING DAMAGE TO CONDUCTORS is free-standing apparatus and consists of an anodized solid sectional aluminum skeleton with sample fastener, protection plate, rotating plate and set of weights. Sample fastener enables sample mounting and positioning (height adjustment and position adjustment). Motor with reduction gear rotates the plate with a rate of 10 +/-2 RPM. The plate has three bushing holes with diameters 6,5, 9,5 and 13 mm as per table 9 of IEC 60884 1 and table 4 in IEC 60669-1. Weights are so designed that it is possible to assemble all masses prescribed in table 9 of IEC 60884-1 and table 4 in IEC 60669-1. The set of weights also includes the weight fastener by which the weights are mounted to the conductor.
It is equipped with a control unit for the motor that ensures constant rotation speed of the rotating plate.
Skeleton is made of anodized sectional aluminum profiles, all other parts are galvanically protected or are made of corrosion-free materials.
